File handling

By default, every tool on this site processes files entirely on your device using JavaScript — including Word to PDF, PDF to Word, and Compress PDF. These files are never uploaded to our servers or seen by us in any form.

Word to PDF, PDF to Word, and Compress PDF also offer an optional "higher-fidelity server conversion" checkbox. If you enable it, that specific file is temporarily uploaded to our conversion server. Both the original file and the converted result are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of upload. We do not read, inspect, or retain the content of your files beyond what's needed to perform that conversion.

Advertising

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Analytics

This site does not currently use any analytics tools. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. Once ads are enabled, Google AdSense may set cookies in your browser to serve and measure ads — see the Advertising section above for how to opt out of personalization.
